Anime Adventures Traits Guide

Traits are random stat bonuses your units roll when you get or upgrade them. They range from minor to game-changing, but trait tokens are scarce — you can't reroll everything to perfection. Knowing what to keep, what to toss, and when to accept "good enough" is a core skill in this game.

What to Look For

Token Discipline

Tokens trickle in from daily dungeons and events. Only reroll your top 5-6 units. Filler with Common or Uncommon traits? Leave them alone — not worth the tokens. Got a Rare that's okay but not perfect? Keep it. Save your tokens for units with genuinely bad traits.

Know When to Walk Away

Chasing perfect Legendary on every unit is a losing game. Rerolling from a good Rare to a specific Legendary costs tokens that don't justify the marginal upgrade. "Good enough" wins for most of your team. Only chase perfection on your absolute best carry.

Good Enough Wins

A Rare trait boosting your main DPS's attack speed by 15% is already doing 80% of what a Legendary would. The gap between a great Rare and a perfect Legendary is real but not worth 10+ reroll attempts. Once a trait is Rare+ and fits the role, stop. Save tokens for the unit that actually has a bad one.
