Stages are where you earn XP, materials, and gold in Anime Adventures. The fastest way through? Push story until it gets tough, then switch to resource stages you can 3-star consistently, then loop back. That back-and-forth rhythm beats brute-forcing a stage you're not ready for.
Hammer through the main story stages as far as you can. Early ones are easy and dish out solid leveling XP. Don't skip around — later stages need earlier completions to unlock. Hit a wall? Drop down, farm materials, come back stronger. Banging your head against it won't help.
After early story, you unlock farming stages for breakthrough stones, evolution shards, and gold. Key rule: farm the hardest stage you can consistently 3-star, not the one you barely survive. A comfortable 3-star clear gives more rewards per energy than scraping by with 1 star on a harder stage.
Co-op drops rare stuff — evolution materials, trait tokens — but it's balanced for teams. A fixed group with assigned roles (control, DPS, support) clears way faster than random matchmaking. Hop into the Anime Adventures Discord to find regular groups. Makes a real difference.
Never settle for 1 or 2 stars on a stage when you can farm a lower one for 3. The reward jump from 2 to 3 stars is bigger than the gap between stages 10 levels apart. Bonus materials from full clears stack up way faster than scraping by on something you barely beat.
